Since her teenage years, our CEO and founder, Chaka Y. Jackson, has always been drawn to those who were rejected, broken, and wounded. Experiencing yet masking these issues herself well into adulthood led Chaka Y Jackson to “Get Real In Order To Heal.” The journey to healing and wholeness yielded a newfound relationship with Jesus Christ, a new mindset, and well… you’re looking at it…the Break Free Institute.

Chaka Y Jackson discovered that her purpose was to help others break free from the strongholds that prevent a life of freedom, healing, wholeness, and identity. She has used her own life’s transformation, over 13 years in ministry, and education to establish the Break Free University. Obtaining an Associate in Theology degree and a Bachelor of Science Psychology: Christian Counseling degree has resulted in an enhanced understanding of personal and spiritual development. The Break Free Institute will be the channel through which strategies for personal and spiritual growth and development, inner healing, and transformation can be attained.
